Lease Renewal Intention

You are approaching the lease end. It's very important you convey your intentions to us. Please note any delay may lead the tenancy to a periodic basis.

Important information before you proceed

New regulations that came into effect on July 1, 2024.

If you wish to VACATE, please specify your reason:

  1. 1. The property is for DEMOLITION
  2. 2. The property is for RENOVATION
  3. 3. The property is for OWN OCCUPANCY
  4. 4. The property is for SALE; sale date must be provided
  5. 5. Tenant or allowed person to access the property, resulting in serious damage to the property.
  6. 6. Tenant or allowed person to access the property, that cause a serious risk to the life, health and safety of the owner, LL's agent, neighbors.
  7. 7. Tenant or allowed person threatened the owner, LL's agents or contractors.
  8. 8. Tenant has given 2 notices for breaching the tenancy agreement for the same reason.
  9. 9. Tenant used the property for an illegal purpose.
  10. 10. Tenant failed to pay the bond.
  11. 11. Tenant kept a pet without consent.
  12. 12. One of the conditions of the residential lease agreement was that the tenant may only live there if he/she is the landlord, meet a charity's eligibility requirements, being a student of an educational institution or an employee of the landlord, however, these conditions are no longer met.

This is a strict compliance requirement for lease renewal due to legislation. The lease cannot be terminated by the owner for a reason not listed in the above notice. It is also required to give the tenant a 60-day notice of termination, instead of only 28 days.
